Who We Are

Winners Way Developmental Service is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities in Metro Detroit. Through mentorship, outreach, family support programs, and community events, we aim to create spaces where individuals can thrive, build meaningful connections, and access the resources they need to succeed.

Our leadership team in action at Community Day 2025, serving over 500 community members and supporting our mission to empower families and strengthen the community.

What We Do

We create programs that meet people where they are. Through outreach, education, mentorship, and family support, we offer hands-on help and real hope.
Our signature programs include:

Community Day: A back-to-school outreach event that provides families with free school supplies, food, and resources.
The Homeless Initiative Project (H.I.P.): Supporting those without housing through care kits, clothing drives, and personal outreach.
Mentorship & Family Support: Connecting young people and families to guidance, tools, and encouragement to grow and thrive.

Why It Matters

In communities where basic needs often go unmet, opportunities can feel out of reach — especially for youth and families who lack consistent support. That’s where we come in.

Winner's Way believes that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and set up for success. Our work isn’t just about handing out supplies — it’s about restoring dignity, building relationships, and reminding people that they matter.
